Front suspension components ready for reassembly.

This is how the floor jack is strapped to the frame to squeeze the spring and lower control arm for attaching the wheel knuckle. The knuckle is first attached to the upper lever action damper arms and then swings down and attaches to the lower control arm once it is brought into place with the floor jack.

The coil springs for the rear axle are held in place by one reverse threaded bolt on each end. There is a rubber seat between the springs to the frame and the axle. The rear panhard rod and torque tube is what keeps the axle in place without lateral or twisting motion.

The rear hydraulic shock dampers are attached to the wheel hub and the lever arms are attached to the frame at the rear. They did not need rebuilding and were still functional.
