Chicago Apparatus Company Resistance Box

This resistance box was manufactured by the Chicago Apparatus Company of Chicago, Illinois. Resistor boxes like this one were used in schools and laboratories. The peg on top plugs in a hole between metal posts to select the needed resistance.
